The Role

What is the QA Team Lead's role and responsibility?

As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing test automation of entrusted project. You are also expected to help with manual testing on request from the QA team and/or pre-golive regression testing.

Leading the QA team and selecting new members
Motivating team and supports the personal development of skills and experience
Writing, maintaining, and executing UI tests
Creating test cases and test checklists
Reporting and maintenance of defects
Deploying new versions to environments
Designing of UI tests
Maintenance of existing UI automation solutions
Designing, writing, maintaining, and execution of API and performance tests
Follow to implement an automation strategy

The Experience

What we expect

5+ years in test automation
Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of Cypress automation
Experience with one or more languages: C#, JavaScript, Java
Experience using browser developer tools
Experience with Git
Experience with bug-tracking tools
Good spoken and written communication
Experience with SQL, MongoDB
Experience designing and building tests for APIs and/or experience designing and building performance tests
Experience with working independently on a project
